Who we are
LYVITNOW (“we,” “us”) is a fitness and nutrition product operated by AlyveVentures under the Vitality Pillar. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, how it's stored, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and an encrypted password (we never see your plaintext password).
- Fitness profile: the goals, preferences, equipment, dietary tags, allergies, and macro targets you provide during onboarding or in your profile.
- Activity data: workouts you log, meals you log, plans we generate for you, and reminder preferences.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to deliver the app (for example, IP address for session security, browser type for compatibility).
How we use your data
- To create and run your account and let you sign in securely.
- To generate your personalized workout plans, meal plans, and reminders.
- To send you transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset, reminders you opted into, and important service notices.
- To improve the product (for example, understand which features are used). We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics for this where possible.
Payments
LYVITNOW is in free early access and does not currently take payments. We do not collect or store payment card information at this time. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update this policy, notify you by email, and use a reputable payment processor. Card details will be handled directly by that processor, not stored by us.
No ads. No data sold.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run ads in the app. This is a core promise of LYVITNOW.
Service providers we use
To run the app we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, and AI services for plan generation). They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Your choices
- Access & update: view and edit your profile from your account settings.
- Delete: request account deletion any time by emailing support@lyvitnow.com.
- Email preferences: turn off reminder emails in your profile. We always send essential service emails (for example, password reset).
Security
We use industry-standard practices: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of credentials, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children
LYVITNOW is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be communicated by email.
